Alright, fine. I will post more. But I'll only post in response to Hailey, because I'm not that into posting stuff that happens to me. My life is too boring for that.


In reality, though, I don't think I'm as great as Hailey thinks I am. I got in, yeah, but that just means I have talent. I don't exactly have skill. That's what I'm there to gain.


And I'm not sure, but I think you can be president if you've been an American citizen for a certain number of years. Hailey, you are not an illegal alien, so go on and run! 'Cept I have to be your VP because......well.....it'd be cool.....

That's right, people! I'm back from NYC!!!!

Sorry. I guess I shouldn't have gotten you all excited for a new post. The truth is, I'm too lazy and busy (yeah, at the same time) to post about it right now. But I will. I'll edit this later, or tomorrow, or something. But now I won't.

NYC!!! WORKINGNESS!!! I'LL MISS YOU!!!!!!!!!

Heck yeah! I finally got a job!!!!! Whoooo! I will be baby-sitting this summer for my mother's co-worker at the elementary Montessori school she works at. She does private swimming lessons during the week, and her old sitter can't sit anymore, so my mother mentioned to her how I was looking for a summer job. It pays $7 an hour, and I'll be there for at least two hours a day every day I work. I start a week from tomorrow (next Tuesday) at 3:00 pm.

I'm new to the whole "working" thing, and I'm not quite sure how much is a good amount of money to be paid daily, but I really don't care all that much. This is the first time that I will be making any of my own money without having to ask my parents for everything. Who knows? Maybe I'll have enough to spend on something nice in New York City, or something.

Did I mention I was going back to New York for the summer? I definitely told Hailey, but I didn't tell you, whoever "you" applies to.

Interruption!: If you are reading this blog at all, I would very much like a comment, just so I know you're there! Please comment, whoever you are, wherever you are!

So, yeah. I'll be in NYC from about June 27 to somewhere around July 10, depending on how long we wanna stay until we get bored. We will be staying in Staten Island which, for those of you who don't know -- and there seem to be a lot of you -- is one of the boroughs of NYC. It's a nice-sized island connected to Brooklyn by the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge.

I've seen the city only once, when I was very little and only cared about the playground we went to with the "statue man", you know, that guy painted entirely silver that you think is just a statue until he moves and scares the crap out of you. Back then, my dad says, I was to young to really appreciate it. I pretty much agree. I've been wanting to see New York City for a while. I wanna see Times Square most of all. Times Square at night. With all the lights and everything. I think it'd be pretty cool, but I always seem to think things to be greater than they really are.

Oh yeah. By the way, Hailey isn't going to be around this week. She's got camp. I think it's some sort of religious camp. So, she'll be gone this week and won't be able to reply. Not that she ever replies anyway. Yo, Hailes! Hullo! Are you still there? Cause I'm getting sick of this "no response thing". I know I bother you about it all the time, but I mean, you were online a few days ago, weren't you? I'm just getting bored with having to be the one to post all the time.

Also, I miss you! In a strange way, I'm going to miss our old little school. We just got out on Friday. I may not miss most of the people in it, but I'll miss the familiarity of the place. I've been spending the majority of my time there for the past three years. It might be hard to get used to a different, bigger, further away school. Except for the fact that they don't seem to care there if you draw on the desks, and it's an art school, so it might be a bit more fun, but I hope I'll be able to find my way around the place.

Hailey's going to our local high school. We've both been there a few times for chorus and band concerts, and it seems like it should be easy to get around, especially since all the buildings are labeled in big dark letters.

I'm so going to miss you Hailey. That's why I need you to post every so often, because this blog will be a form of communication for us.

I have to go now. The next time I post, I'll be 14 bucks richer!

i didn't get in to the acadamy i wanted at my future high school :(
but i had a good time at the 8th grade dance :)
it was so much fun! all the food was free, usually they charge us 1 dollar for a chocolate bar or something. Plus, they put in a cotton candy machine, dippin dots, and sno cones.
The only thing better than that was the fact i was with rose and another friend.
and it was funny watching all of my guy friends dance, cuz they cant!
only one of them can dance, and he knows the worm, all these splitz, and has tricked out skillz.

School of the freaking arts

Um... to aparelho de DVD, I would very much like to take a look at your blog, but it says it was removed. Thank's so much, though, for your comment. You seem to be the first person in the history of this blog, who I don't personally know, who actually bothered to comment.

To Hailey. Wow. We haven't posted anything since February! I would've thought, what with me getting switched out of your lunch period and all, that we'd be posting here more often. This used to be our main form of communication. I say we start back up again.


And to start.... I GOT INTO THE SCHOOL OF THE ARTS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Holy freaking crap. I honestly thought I was gonna fail miserably. But I got in! I am so happy, it's ridiculous. This school is all I can think about lately. Did I mention that it's in the most awesomest location ever? It's right across the street from shopping/resturaunt central. I'm not kidding. It's like the biggest freaking outdoor mall you've ever seen. Of course we're not supposed to go there during school, but the security guard won't care if people cut. Seniors get lunch passes to go there, though.

REASONS WHY I LOVE THIS SCHOOL:
1. It's old and cluttered and messy and laid back and cool and doesn't have to be all organized and clean all the time.
2. The teachers are the same way.
3. I'm gonna be with a bunch of art freaks, just like me!
4. There are no jock or cheerleader or popular kid types. People are classified by their art area (ie, dancing, singing, visual arts, music, etc.).
5. People aren't as idiotic and immature.
6. "Gangstas" are not allowed.
7. Most of the people in this school, teachers and students alike, are either New Yorkers, have that state of mind, or are Jewish.
8. It is one of the top ten schools in the country.
9. This is the most awesomest high school in the world.
10. I love this place!

omg! i remember that fundraiser. that was so funny. i felt so sorry for... uh... that kid whos name i cant say in a public blog so i'm gonna call him jake. jake... wilkins...??? w/e. mrs. wilkins is kind of a bad parent for humiliating her child like that. she wasnt a bad teacher, though. i had her for language arts last year. it was the one class i actually got higher than a C in. but this year she's quit teaching and is now part of administration. wait... does that mean she quit, or got promoted? ...questions to ponder...



language arts... weird. why do they call it language arts? does that mean it's the art of language? since when is language an art? i thought it was just something you pick up from your parents or people around you when you're about two years old and think that "num-num" means food.

yes it is me,
im baaaaack!!!!!!
yup, its been 2 months, and i bet Rose is gonna lose it if im not on the blog for another second.
as you all should know, valentines day is tomorrow, duh, and our school is doing some carnation and chocolate lollypop sales, and man, i LOVE those chocolate hearts! i gave out 8 to my friends, and yes, rose, youre one of them. there are so many stories of recieving them. one girl i know always gets everything. last year she got 2 dozen carnations, and one guy got her a full boquet of roses. Yeah, a whole 12.00 boquet from an actual flower shop. then one guy got a carnation from his MOM. how humiliating. he always has had bad luck with her, though. Durnig our fundraiser, since his mom is a teacher, she volunteered to DANCE. rumor was that he was later seen crying in a corner, poor guy. I guess theres a good and bad side to valentines day, then, so id rather lie low than be a mommas girl. Well, thats all i have to say.

for the longest time, i havent been able to post anything cause my computer went bonkers on me. i couldn't get onto blogspot. but now its fixed and im so glad i can post again!

we're going back to school tomorrow from winter vacation. i dont want to go back but apparently, the "law" says i have to. what law is this, anyway, that forces innocent kids to put themselves into obvious torture by walking themselves into an agonizingly boring history class? i should think that would be illegal...

anyway, on to a happier subject: i'm auditioning for the school of the arts in a few weeks! i'm trying out for the visual arts category. thats drawing. have i mentioned at all that i draw a lot? i'm so excited about this, but i really have to practice if i wanna get in. its kind of a tough audition process. here's one of my drawings:

its really not one of my best. i did it kind of a while ago. but i want to get into this school sooo badly it's ridiculous.
